I would never want to be skinny like a long distance runner nor could I ever be that dedicated, it just amazes me how different the human body can be, from super human stick insects running over 26 miles in a little over 2 hours to morbidly obese mountains of flesh that are too fat to get out of bed. Have you seen their diets and training schedules - that's not having a life! Well done for trying to get fitter, but don't get obsessed.
